- If the professional leave application is approved at the chair level, the Chair should provide workload coverage documentation to the Dean via email.
- If the professional leave application is approved at the dean level, the Dean should email the Provost the workload coverage documents along with the Dean’s cover letter to provost@gcsu.edu.
